Ok, Finnaly maked. Look:P

.bat file wrote:
; At the end of the command line, replace "your_name" and "your_password" with
; your own name and password
; Type the key "O" when you are in the pregame map, you will connect to the
; WorldServer and enter the StartMap.

start quake2.exe +set wsrv_url http://www.coopordie.com/quake2/rpc +set game coopordie +map pregame +bind o wsrv_login <username> <password> +set dedicated 1

Yeah, is easy... looks easy. The .bat file that i use to log is not important, just don't have the +set dedicated 1

Now, when on console must type:

sv wsrv_login dedicated 123
This is an example, you must fill dedicated with your account, or the account you use to the dedicate server, and 123 with your password

Then, it works fine. Let it be, you can kick someone, talk to people inside, like a normal Dedicated, but over Coop or die.
You will have teleport, but and empty game, people can join. Then you can know that evertything is ok.

You can also make this: 'alias connect "wsrv_login dedicated 123"'

With that, when you type connect it will connect you to the world server (doing like i say)

Note: On the .bat file to start the Dedicated server must not be the "+bind o wsrv_login <username> <password>" because you never will use o like you use it in-game.

Some questions:
For those that want to know if can have a dedicate server and play in otherone's server here is your answer*.

Yes, you can, quake 2 supports having two instances of the game running at the same time. So, you can pplay with you over and over again your computer supports.

Know BUGS:
1. If the host enters in the game, the teleporters can be lost...
2. Maybe you can get stuck with other player while you're loading...
3. Don't enter with same account. When you do that, it will stop functioning properly

Doesn't it works like explained here ?
Dedicated Server

If I remember well, you need one account for the dedicated server and a second account for playing. And you have to duplicate your Quake2 directory, the game doesn't support 2 instances using the same path at one time.
