I can't connect to a friends server I had connected to earlier this week. Right about now I've got about eight different entries of Creating DS Buffer connecting to her Server. It's the KMQ2 engine, if that helps.

Are the both of you using KMQ2? Since it is a bit different from the other engines.

Some guy (aka DeeKae) took his time explaining how you can use Kmq2 to connect the people (here).

Basically:
-If the host uses Kmq2, you should also use Kmq2 and set the protocol to 56
-If the host uses a regular engine, but you're using Kmq2, you should set the protocol to 34

Also, make sure his ipv4 adress hasn't bounced in case he uses a router (this can be checked with the command "ipconfig", by using the program 'cmd'). I had some weird problem where my ipv4 would bounce from 192.168.0.100 to 192.168.0.101 and vice versa, but I fixed it by setting up the connection manually (ip address, gateway, subnet mask, dns) and the ip address has been static since then.
