Edit 2: @Pat's comment -.

An important note about refereeing: I forgot to mention one thing - I may LIVESTREAM when refereeing (or just watching) a match.

What is a livestream? Simple: I use a program to record what I see on my computer and STREAM it LIVE on a site :P. (the site is http://www.own3d.tv/ANDREIII500/live/109322, but as you may see it's offline right now)

That would be good so that everyone may see the match without complications :P.

One more thing - we have one problem - ref needs to be a spectator, but how can he join spectators? Maybe he should have a noclip cheat on? xD

The referee should use both the "Noclip" and "God" cheats.

EDIT 1: The maps should be chosen like this: you'll choose 3 maps out of the 8 default ones for DM and the players will choose the maps, directly or indirectly :P.

Let's say we have the maps Q2dm1, Q2dm2 and Q2dm6 and players A and B.

The players will tell the referee what map they wish to play. (through a private message, so that it may not affect the choice of the other player)

If player A votes for Q2dm1 and player B for Q2dm6, they will play Q2dm2. ( ).
If the both players will vote for the same map, they will play that map.

Well... i`ve chosen to raffle the map randomly where the players play in the match, for example - 2. match, chosen players - silentyuki and cristi, (server - silentyuki`s indeed, because we can enter silentyuki`s server, but ref then could be anyone) and after that i raffle the map where we play. and maybe the ref too.
