Post Completion Stars
Being the aesthetic perfectionist I am, I find the star graphics dissatisfactory. If Pat & everyone thinks it's a good idea I can post the complete set of star graphics.

I was also thinking multiple star grades would be interesting. I saw a thread on this somewhere on the forums but couldn't find it. I was thinking something like Silver for non-challenge, Gold for challenge, Platinum for a 2nd Challenge, and BLACK for ANDREI xml rules challenge!

lol xD. the stars are very nice, but i'm not sure if pat may insert them (he would have to change every champion's stars but he may just change the graphic =]).

Existing stars would all be Gold, and stay the same, so it would only be a matter of replacing the graphics. :D

Zethzune, these stars seem very nice.

The current star management is really a trick. I use the forum rank system and it is not easy to add new stars. Actually there are near 16 rank (solo, solo + duo, duo, solo + duo + trio ...etc).

After the release of the dll I will change that by using some forum groups. Only 4 groups will be needed (solo, duo ...etc). A player can be in multiple groups and it will be more easy to add new groups in the future.

Sounds good! :D
Will the stars appear under the name with phpBB's group system? If not, it could probably done with an addon script. Does anyone here know any PHP? xD

That would probably be under the phpBB group system. As far as I know, it allows it. otherwise, there is probably a plug-in already done by someone else. Btw, nice stars :D

Exactly!

Actually, only the icon of the default group of a user is displayed. To display more groups it is needed to modify the forum display template. It is a mix of HTML and phpBB specific macros.

I will do it when... I will do it 8-)

Or why not have some GDF related medals/epaulets depending on your achievements in combat?
