What about setting a match timelimit - 10 minutes? I think that would suit for a good duel matches.
And also, I`m thinking of adding something like this, when you fight for 2 victories. So the players can win 2 - 0 or 2 - 1. It`s because the losers of the first match can have the second chance. And also the matches would last longer.
About the moment before the match - in that server where we`ll play you can warm-up before starting a match, because a match starts only when 2 players have wrote "ready!" in console.

And also, I would like to start this tournament this friday or saturday.
